Las Vegas is a city known for celebration. Throughout the OWA's 20th Anniversary year, which culminated during International Vision Expo West, our events have shared the common theme of celebrating the OWA's founding in 1997 and have certainly had their fair share of celebratory moments. There is always something special about this group of women and our wonderful supporters coming together to support the goal of enhancing the leadership opportunities of women in the optical industry. As the OWA continues to grow and flourish, we look back and celebrate our founding members and all of the support they have provided along the way. The success of the OWA is a fabric woven together with passion, vision, connection, inspiration, and an unyielding belief in our mission.
