The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Keep challenging yourself daily and never stop learning and growing! What seems hard now will float away with time as bigger, more exciting things are to come!
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:Helping and inspiring others to be the best they can be at anything they do. Whether supporting a doctor to increase revenue in his independent practice or pushing my team members to grow professionally and personally - that's what gets me excited every day!

I recommend:Wake up and do some morning affirmations! There is nothing better than starting your day on a positive note. Be sure to exercise. Moving your body is a gift that not everyone has. Eat well. Your body is a temple. Take care of it and it will take care of you. Volunteer. Giving back to your community makes you feel great and supports the people around you that may not be able to support themselves. Laugh every day. It's good for the soul!
