Attendees enjoyed a continental breakfast as they came together to start the second day of SILMO stronger, together. The event welcomed OWA members, and women, men, mentors, and allies passionate about building a stronger, more inclusive future for the optical industry.

The programme included:

• Welcome from the Optical Women's Association (OWA), discussions with industry leaders, followed by networking.
• In Focus: Exhibitor Edition — advice from Barbara Hébert Motz, MOREL Chief Marketing Officer, on setting up for trade show success and evaluating outcomes.
• In Focus: Buyer Edition — insights from Tamara Johnson, New Look Vision Group, on how she navigates busy trade shows, sets clear objectives, prioritises opportunities, and measures success, and Alessandra Germanetti, EssilorLuxottica, who oversees global retail collection merchandising direct to consumer for luxury brands.

The first 50 women to register received a special START STRONG goodie bag.
