Please join your local OWA friends and colleagues for a fun and relaxing morning away from our "optical desks" on Saturday, October 3, in Folsom, CA. OWA Out & About is all about connecting in person while enjoying wellness activities and building community beyond the workplace.
For this Sacramento-area gathering, we'll start the morning with free yoga in the Palladio Piazza, then take a stroll to the Farmers Market for coffee, treats, and conversation. Reconnect with familiar faces, meet new members of the optical community, and enjoy the meaningful relationships that make OWA so special. More info here.
There are two free public parking garages onsite. There is also access to free, air conditioned, public restrooms.
Yoga in the piazza at 9:00 AM. Coffee / breakfast at a nearby (walkable) coffee shop afterwards (optional).
