Individual ($80 + $80 each for additional seats) — You may register up to 9 additional individuals by providing their information below. In order to validate membership, members must register themselves if not part of a table registration.
Table ($700) — You may reserve an entire table (10 individuals including yourself) by providing the information below.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Cancellations: Substitutions will be accepted through Saturday, February 28, 2026. To receive a refund, written notice must be provided to OWA by Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Email to make a change to your reservation or request a refund.

Please specify if you require special meals or accommodations to fully participate in the meeting. If registering anyone besides yourself, please indicate the registrant's name along with the requirement.

Additional Attendees
