The OWA is celebrating 22 years of "Connecting, Inspiring, and Leading" the women in optical. As president of the OWA, I'd like to share a few of the things we did in 2018 that we will continue to "Do More" of in this new year.

We are always looking for ways to connect with our members and optical friends across the country, and continue to partner with various organizations in order to empower and support women both in and out of our industry.
I am writing this as I return from Canada, having taken a few days to rest, rejuvenate, and finish strong in 2018. I had the opportunity to watch the Montreal Canadiens win 5-2. Quite a thrilling game!
The opportunity to "Do More" is everywhere if you only take the time to look. So keep your eyes on the puck, "Do More" to hit those goals, and make a difference in 2019 with the OWA!
