The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:If you didn't get "it" (whatever it is - job, bonus, partner), it's because it wasn't for you. Something better is coming! Always!
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:I've always been committed to improving the quality of life for others and my career experiences has advocated for underserved communities as a Chief Financial Officer at various NYC hospitals as well as creating an eyewear brand that focuses on better fit for diverse features.
Daily, I read:All things news & finance - New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post etc. Also, autobiographies, novels, & love stories, I joined a few book clubs, so at night I try to read an hour before sleep, takes my mind off work. Right now, I'm reading a book about sisterhood.
