I joined the OWA in:2013 Words my colleagues use to describe me are:Optimistic, Compassionate, Honest & Creative The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Surround yourself with people you admire and who inspire you. Stay curious, learn often, go the extra mile as often as you can and be kind to everyone you meet. When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:No two days are alike and I love the variety! Getting to work with over 200 industry vendor partners and a very large group of members, mostly Optometrists and their staff is very rewarding. I work on a great team and we truly enjoy being able to put programs and resources together to help make a difference for Eyecare professionals.
