When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:I'm most excited about helping people and inspiring others to believe they can make a meaningful difference. Knowing that one bold idea can create a ripple effect - advancing science, challenging an industry, and improving lives around the world - Wow! I built TFOS from the ground up alongside my father, Dr. David A. Sullivan, transforming a shared vision into a global nonprofit that now collaborates with eye-health experts in more than 100 countries. That journey also revealed a critical unmet need for eye-safe cosmetics, inspiring me to turn scientific insight into a mission and then launching Eyes Are The Story (during the global pandemic!!!!).

My theme song is:Ravel's Boléro. It begins with 1 determined rhythm and builds, layer-by-layer, into something powerful and impossible to ignore. That reflects my own journey: starting with one idea, bringing people together around it, and transforming it into a global movement.
