My friends call me: Francesca
I am the: District Director at Kering Eyewear
I joined the OWA in:2025
Words my colleagues use to describe me are:Dynamic, down-to-earth leader who gets things done with heart and humor. High-energy problem-solver who brings people together and keeps things real. Grounded, approachable, and always ready to jump in and make things happen.
The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Trust your instincts and don't rush the plan. Speak up sooner, take more chances. Build relationships everywhere. Protect your energy. Stay grounded, kind and real.
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:I'm most excited about the momentum ahead — the chance to grow, lead, and make an impact that actually moves people and teams forward. I love stepping into challenges that spark new ideas, building connections that bring out the best in others, and creating environments where energy, clarity, and collaboration thrive. What really fires me up is knowing there are big opportunities on the horizon — some I can see and some I can't — that will let me lead boldly, learn constantly, and keep leveling up in ways that feel both meaningful and exciting.
Daily, I read:Every day I kickstart my brain with affirmations, skim the news to stay in the loop, and dive into a devotional for a little soul fuel — my perfect mix of hype, headlines, and heart.
My theme song is:Unstoppable by Sia because it reflects my energy — strong, resilient, and driven. It captures the way I keep moving forward with confidence and heart, even when things get tough, and reminds me of the power I carry when I lead with purpose.
I recommend:Be gentle with yourself today. Life and loss will both shape you, sometimes in the same breath. Let yourself feel what you feel, honor what you've been through, and remember that healing isn't a straight line. Find something small to be grateful for, let someone in, and choose one step forward — even if it's tiny. Grace, hope, and patience will carry you farther than pressure ever will.
