Trudi Charest - headshot

Trudi Charest is the Co-Founder of Marketing4ecps, a digital marketing agency focused on building digital advertising for Optometrists, Opticians & Ophthalmologists. Trudi is well known for designing, developing, and facilitating training and marketing programs to Eye Care professionals across North America. Trudi is a Licensed Optician with over 25 years of extensive eyecare experience, and holds a Human Resource Management certificate from the University of Calgary. She is an OWA board member, an international speaker, and was named one of Vision Monday's "2019 Most Influential Women" in the optical industry. Her best-selling book, The Digital Sales Rep, was published in 2022.

Dana Schwarzinger - headshot

Dana Schwarzinger has a Master's in Social Science and nearly two decades of experience in high-growth environments with roles in finance, operations, and sales. She has held leadership roles with small and large companies including Flextronics, Bosch, and today, with VSP. Her approach is steeped in a deep understanding of the interdependent nature of organizational systems, process architecture, and human behavior. Ideally systems and process can be crafted to support, encourage, and elicit the human drive to perform and develop. Dana passionately practices curiosity and believes this is necessary to build rich experiences for teams and customers that enable explosive growth.

Sherianne James - headshot

Sherianne James is Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Wholesale Marketing for EssilorLuxottica North America. An accomplished leader with over 25 years of marketing experience, Sherianne leads EssilorLuxottica's combined commercial marketing efforts across North America including both its eyewear and lens brands. She started her career at Kraft Foods where she managed several iconic consumer brands such as Kraft Singles. After Kraft, she led the marketing organization of Black & Decker Small Appliances. She came into the optical industry by way of Transitions, leading the marketing organization through the integration with Essilor and eventually becoming CMO of Essilor of America in 2017. Sherianne has been a board member of the Vision Council since 2018 and has been named twice to Vision Monday's "Most Influential Women in Optical" list.

Amy Jantz - headshot

Amy Jantz is National Vision's Division Vice President and is is responsible for the overall operational success of America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses locations throughout 19 states in the Western U.S. Leading future growth of the organization while developing and supporting the field teams that oversee a collective 460+ stores, Amy is aligned with NVI's Clinical Services team to foster strong doctor relationships in the field and promote retention. She also implements strategy to enhance the customer/patient journey while attaining profitability & operational efficiency. Amy joined National Vision in 2010, bringing over 20-years-experience in the optical industry, previously working at Luxottica for 16 years, where she served in numerous leadership roles. She is ABO Certified and holds an LDO license in both WA and AZ, a B.S. in Community Health Education from Eastern Washington University, and is currently enrolled at Baylor University — Hankamer School of Business earning her EMBA.
