This special workshop, Just Sayin': Little Things Women Say That Aren't So Little, will reveal how the everyday phrases women use — often casually and automatically — are shaped by deeper social expectations. Beginning with the language itself, we'll explore how norms around behavior, productivity, and success can influence women's choices, self-expression, and mental wellbeing, showing that these "small" things are rarely just small!
