Building on the tremendous success of our 2023, 2024, and 2025 retreats, this experience has been thoughtfully designed to bring together a small group of extraordinary women. The intimate setting encourages authentic conversations, lasting friendships, and personal renewal.
Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy carefully curated experiences that foster connection, learning, and inspiration. Signature programs — including Fireside Chats, OWA Reads, engaging speakers, and memorable group activities — are designed to encourage reflection, broaden perspectives, and equip you with fresh ideas you can carry forward both personally and professionally.

With limited spaces available, early registration is strongly encouraged. Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the retreat has sold out in previous years.
Important Note: All attendees are required to stay at the resort. The cost per person per night is $329 + taxes / fees.
