The career advice I would give my 18-year-old self is:Do not be afraid to speak up or stand for what is right. If you feel in your gut something is wrong, listen to that. Know your limits-It's ok to say no!
When I think about my career, I'm most excited about:The journey! The path to get where I am today and I'm so excited to see where it will take me next. Our industry is so rewarding and I'm so thankful I jumped into it when and how I did.
