OWA Full Circle Mentorship Event

The OWA is excited to announce that Full Circle, our new mentorship program, is now available! Designed to foster meaningful connections among our members, Full Circle offers support and learning opportunities for everyone — whether you're launching your career, facing mid-career challenges, or reflecting on years of experience.

With Full Circle, members can network, exchange knowledge, and offer guidance in a casual, flexible setting. It's an opportunity to both learn from and inspire like-minded professionals, no matter where you are in your journey.

This first meeting will focus on mentoring mid-career level ladies ranging from 35-45 years old. Note: there will be other meetings to follow for other career levels.

The meeting format will be as follows:

• Program overview (20 minutes) — we will introduce the program, explain our expectations and then, as time allows, begin a controlled group chat to begin to share knowledge and advice.
• Breakout sessions (35 minutes) — "Speed meet and greet" will allow pairing mentors and mentees to quickly meet and/or connect. Connection follow up will be on your own. Our plan is for 4 - 5 meet ups.
• Wrap up (5 minutes) — a brief wrap up at the end to share quick thoughts and comments.

Please sign up according to your area(s) of interest:

• Observer: will only participate in the program overview section (you will not be included in the breakout sessions)
• Mentor (any age is welcome)
• Mentee (35-45 years old)
• Both Mentor/Mentee
